Michael Studer is an associate attorney with Harbott, Knutson, Larson & Holten. He joined the firm in 2019 as a law clerk before being hired as an attorney in 2021. Michael works on various civil matters but his practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, city prosecution, and family law.

Michael grew up in St. Anthony, Minnesota where he lived until graduating high school. He received his undergraduate degree in 2017 from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul. While in college, Michael interned for the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Cutter and for the Valspar Corporation’s legal team in Minneapolis. Michael received his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2021 – graduating in the top ten of his class. During law school, Michael competed in moot court and was a member of North Dakota Law Review where two of his law review articles were published.
